Ordering Information


Samples of our invitations can be provided to allow you to see for yourselves, the excellent quality and professional finish of our stationery items, before committing to an order.

To purchase a sample, simply order 1 of the invitation design you require, select your chosen options and complete the notes box to provide us with any additional information required.

Due to extra costs involved in producing foiled, laser cut and white ink invitations, we only hold a limited supply of samples in stock. Therefore, it may not be possible to provide you with samples in your chosen print/card colours. When purchasing samples using these print finishes, the colours available will appear in a pop-up box for you to select. If the card colour you require is not available, please tell us the colour you require in the notes box and we will send you a swatch with your sample.

Please note that samples cannot be personalised.

We aim to send your sample(s) to you within 3 – 10 days of receiving your order although this may be extended to 14 days during May – September.

Order Process

Tell Us What You Want

Orders can either be placed on-line or via email if you prefer. If you choose to email us your order, please make sure you give us details of your chosen options and provide us with any additional information required. Don’t worry if you forget anything, we are here to keep you right.

We strongly advise that you order your invitations and ‘on the day’ items at the same time. This is to guarantee the availability of all materials to be used as items such as cards, papers and embellishments are often discontinued at short notice.

We also recommend that you order a few extra invitations in case you have any last minute changes to your guest list. This is particularly important if ordering foiled, letterpress or laser cut invitations where a minimum order of 25 applies. Any additions to orders which involve these production methods may incur additional costs and fees (please see Terms and Conditions).

When ordering on-line, simply select the item and quantity you require and add to basket. You will need to repeat this process for each item you wish to order.

Our preferred payment method is by direct bank transfer as we don’t incur any fees when this method is used. We would be extremely grateful if you could support our business and help us to keep our prices competitive by choosing this payment option at the checkout.

Tell Us When You Want Them


Once we have received your order, we will contact you to agree and reserve a production slot. Where save the dates, invitations and ‘on the day’ items are purchased together, the order will be split into separate production slots. Save the dates and invitations will be sent to you firstly and your ‘on the day’ items will be sent closer to the date of your wedding or event. This allows us to prioritise our workload to ensure that all orders are completed on time or in advance.

If you are not ready to place an order, but wish to reserve a production slot in advance, you may pay a non-refundable fee of £50 to do so. Please email us to check availability and to agree a slot.

Send us your chosen wordings for your items to enable us to prepare proofs. These can be sent in an email or a Word document. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require advice or guidance on this.

Tell Us If You’re Happy

Proofs will be sent to you by PDF for your approval and when you are happy with the final proof, and have sent confirmation to this effect, we will be ready to commence work on your order.

Sit Back and Let Us Do The Work

We will start working on your order on the date agreed at the time of booking. As soon as your order is completed, we will arrange to send your items to you by post or contact you to arrange local collection.
