To Place an Order
Due to high demand, orders should be placed at least 6 months in advance. On some occasions, however, we may still be able to accept orders with shorter lead times so please contact us to check availability and to save disappointment.
Your order will be processed in two parts. Your invitations and R.S.V.P.'s (if required) will be sent to you firstly, and your remaining items will be sent closer to the date of your wedding/christening. This allows us to prioritise our work to ensure that all orders are completed on time or in advance. We therefore request that you indicate on your order form the latest dates by which you will require your items.
Please also enclose a separate sheet giving the exact wordings that you have chosen for your inserts. Proofs of your chosen wordings will be sent to you for approval within 2 weeks of receipt of your order and deposit. You will need to check the details carefully, make any amendments, then return together with a signed approval form to enable us to proceed with your order.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required when you place your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your order will be despatched. We will contact you when your order is close to completion to request payment and to advise of the expected date for despatch.
We will start work on your order as soon as we receive your signed proof approval form, therefore, any orders cancelled after this time must be paid for in full.
Payment is to be by cash or cheque made payable to Inviting Concepts.
All prices are subject to change although any increase will not apply to orders confirmed before the date of the change. Orders are considered to be confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit.
Your order will be sent to you in perfect condition and we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur after despatch. This includes the subsequent posting of your items to your guests and any accidents that may occur at the wedding venue.
Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of your parcel and will be notified to you when we request payment.
A separate delivery charge of £20 will apply to table plans.
Organza Bags (when ordered separately) – The fee for postage is £1.15 by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Delivery.
We will endeavour to use the same materials in our products as illustrated on the website and in our samples. However, in the event that any of these materials become unavailable, we reserve the right to use a substitute of similar appearance and quality, or withdraw the product altogether. If you have purchased a sample of a design which is subsequently adapted or withdrawn, we will notify you accordingly.
Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, slight variations will occur in the materials used and the making up of the products. These are not faults and should be expected in the majority of cases.
